Aniai builds electric double-sided grills that cook burgers and other foods automatically using robotics and AI for restaurants.

Aniai creates the Alpha Grill, an electric automated clamshell grill that cooks up to eight burger patties at once on both sides without flipping, using robotics and AI. It handles 200 patties per hour, self-cleans after batches, and uses a touchscreen for real-time control. Restaurants use it to speed up cooking, cut labor needs, and keep food quality even. The system works for burgers, chicken, steak, and more in busy kitchens. It won Kitchen Innovations Awards in 2023 and 2024.
