Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) is a world-leading small satellite company that has been building innovative space missions for over 40 years. The company was founded in 1985 as a spin-off from the University of Surrey and is now wholly owned by Airbus Defence and Space.

SSTL specializes in the manufacture and operation of small satellites, offering a range of Earth observation spacecraft that carry high-resolution optical, mediumwave Infra-Red, X-band radar, wide swath super-spectral, or S-band radar payloads. They also develop Lunar Pathfinder spacecraft designed to provide communication services to a range of surface and orbiter lunar assets, as well as hosting various navigation and scientific experiments.
